We're currently recruiting for a Printer / Facilities Assistant to join a leading facilities management provider on a prestigious corporate contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in print room, reprographics, document services or office support who enjoys working in a customer-focused environment.
The Role
This position is heavily focused on print and reprographics, with approximately:
- 80% print room and reprographics duties
- 20% general facilities support
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day printing and reprographics requests
- Operating and maintaining print room equipment
- Producing, finishing and distributing printed materials
- Assisting with meeting room setups and office moves
- Supporting on-site engineers and the wider facilities team
- Delivering excellent customer service to site occupants
- General workplace and facilities support as required
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a print room, reprographics, document services or similar role
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple requests
- Customer-focused with a proactive attitude
- Previous facilities or workplace support experience would be advantageous but isn't essential
