CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER – REFURBISHMENT / HARD FM Location: Plymouth, Devon | Salary: £45,000–£50,000 + company car or car allowance | Permanent | Site-based across 7 local sites HVAC Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager or Contracts Manager to deliver construction, refurbishment and building improvement projects across seven operational sites in Plymouth. Work from a convenient local site and manage varied projects from planning to completion. Your role: • Manage construction, refurbishment, minor works and building services projects from start to handover. • Plan programmes, budgets, procurement and subcontractor resources. • Monitor costs, contractual KPIs, quality, risks and project progress. • Oversee RAMS, safe systems of work and statutory construction compliance. • Liaise with site managers, supply chain partners and customers. • Maintain accurate project records and resolve delivery issues promptly. Requirements: • Proven end-to-end project delivery in construction, refurbishment, M&E contracting or hard FM. • Experience managing subcontractors, project costs and stakeholders. • SMSTS or an equivalent management-level health and safety qualification is essential. • HND in building, civil, mechanical or electrical engineering, or equivalent project management experience. • Competent Microsoft Office and project reporting skills.
