Painter β MOD Sites Location: Helensburgh and surrounding areas Salary: Up to Β£15.00 per hour Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time Sector: Facilities Management / Maintenance A leading, family-run FM company is looking for an experienced Painter to join their team, supporting a long-term Ministry of Defence (MOD) contract across domestic sites in the West of Scotland. This is a mobile Painter role, with a company van, fuel card, and on-site parking provided. Duties for the Painter role include: * Internal and external painting of MOD properties * Preparing surfaces including sanding, filling, and undercoating * Applying finishes to walls, ceilings, doors, and woodwork * Conducting touch-ups and redecoration following maintenance work * Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards This Painter role will involve working in both occupied and vacant properties, with a strong focus on maintaining high presentation standards across residential and communal MOD buildings.
