📍 Northampton 💰 £51,500 - £55,000 + AP Payments + Private Healthcare + Company Car/Allowance

We're recruiting for an experienced Building Services Supervisor to lead engineering operations on a prestigious commercial site in Northampton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Building Services Supervisor to join a supportive team on a major contract with excellent career progression and ongoing training.

The Role

  • Lead the shift and day engineering teams.
  • Ensure PPM and reactive maintenance is completed safely and on time.
  • Manage subcontractors and specialist works.
  • Complete compliance documentation and audits.
  • Deliver toolbox talks and maintain safe systems of work.
  • Support project delivery and develop through AP training.
  • What You'll Need
  • Experience as a Building Services Supervisor, Shift Lead, Supervisor or similar.
  • Electrical and/or Mechanical qualifications.
  • Strong building services maintenance background.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • AP qualification or experience is desirable.
