As an Electrical Engineer, you will perform a variety of tasks to ensure our facilities operate smoothly and efficiently, including:

Covering tenanted offices

Emergency lighting installation and maintenance..

Conducting L8 water monitoring to ensure compliance.

Servicing and maintaining Air Handling Units (AHUs).

Fan coil unit service and maintenance.
-
Pump servicing and repairs.
-
Performing minor electrical works as needed.

Basic plumbing tasks such as taps, syphons, flush valves, and waste pipework repairs.

Interrogating Building Management Systems (BMS) and managing control panels.

Conducting statutory PPMs in line with SFG20 standards.

Maintaining electronic and paper records of all completed tasks.

Ensuring housekeeping and organization in all plant areas.

Coordinating and managing subcontractors during on-site work.

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within facilities management.

Strong understanding of electrical systems, maintenance, and compliance standards.

Ability to perform basic plumbing and manage diverse maintenance tasks.

Competence in BMS systems and controls.

Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
