We are recruiting for a hands-on Hotel Maintenance Technician / Fabric Engineer to support a busy hotel operation in Milton Keynes. This role would suit candidates from hotel maintenance, facilities maintenance, handyman, fabric technician or multi-trade backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
- General hotel and building maintenance
- Basic plumbing repairs and fault finding
- Painting and decorating touch-ups
- Door, furniture and fixture repairs
- Replacing plugs, sockets and light fittings
- Planned preventative maintenance checks
- Basic AC filter cleaning
- Reporting and coordinating specialist repairs
Requirements
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience
- Basic plumbing and fabric maintenance skills
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Able to work independently
- Physically fit and reliable
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm. Optional Saturday work available.
