Salary – £55,000

Location: Salisbury, SP4

We\’re recruiting for a Mechanical Site Manager to be based out of a critical building for one of the largest FM companies in the UK. In this role, you will act as a Site Manager and liaison between the on-site client and the Engineering team, ensuring smooth delivery of service whilst delivering the highest expected levels of customer service.

This role is working on a site for a government healthcare client and it is essential that this candidate can pass a BPSS level clearance.

Qualifications/Experience required for a Mechanical Site Manager:

1. C&G/NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent Mechanical Engineer/Plumbing
2. Client facing experience (Essential)
3. Additional mechanical qualifications such as F-Gas, G3 Unvented (Ideal, not essential)
