We're recruiting for a skilled Mechanical Plumber to join a well-established engineering team on a prestigious commercial site in Central London. This is a permanent, days-only position offering excellent earning potential, ongoing training, and genuine career progression.
The Role
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) on commercial plumbing systems
- Reactive plumbing repairs and fault finding
- Maintenance of pumps, valves, pipework, water services and sanitary systems
- Diagnosing and repairing plumbing and mechanical faults
- Working alongside a team of experienced engineers to maintain a high-profile commercial building
- Completing maintenance records and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Mechanical Plumber, Maintenance Plumber or Commercial Plumber
- Background in commercial building maintenance or facilities management
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance
- Relevant plumbing qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent preferred)
- A proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
