Location: Manchester to cover the Northwest, some further travel may be required.

Salary: up to £37,000 + door to door travel

Holidays: 25 Days + 8 Bank Holidays

The role: The Fabric Technician will be joining a part of a larger team of multi skilled engineers working on mobile sites across the Northwest on blue chip corporate sites carrying out mainly PPM's on a range of electrical, mechanical systems. You will also be helping the larger team with general reactive building maintenance.

Main Duties: As a Fabric Technician you'll be an integral part of our maintenance crew, ensuring that building systems are running smoothly. Here's what you can expect:

  • Routine Maintenance: conducting scheduled maintenance - legionella, emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, AHU/FCU filter cleans, etc.
  • Repairs and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair basic electrical and plumbing systems.
  • Compliance: Ensure all work complies with industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, providing excellent customer service and answering their electrical questions.
