Air Conditioning Project Manager - Local in Manchester

This role would suit someone looking to work locally to Manchester with the desire to progress within a business. You will be home each evening and there is very little travel outside of the key Manchester / Cheshire area. You would be Working for a Manchester based air conditioning contractor with a long history of very satisfied clients with lots of repeat business.

The job is potentially slower paced than some contractors and the focus is client satisfaction rather than speed.\\n\\nThe role would be Project Management on Commercial Air Conditioning Installation projects – predominantly new builds, office re-furnishments and upgrades in and around Manchester and Cheshire. Projects range from £25k to £500k and are within high end commercial offices, scientific sites, commercial buildings and modular builds. The work can go from a simple small Split installation to a large VRV / AHU installation.

The company has around 14 projects on-going at one time.\\n\\nYou will be supported by a Director who’s based locally who will do the design and will be able to support you day to day as required. You will be using a number of experienced and reliable subcontractors to help deliver the projects on time with as little disturbance to the client as possible. The company prides itself on the quality of installations and their long term relationships with some impressive clients.\\n\\nThe client would consider someone who is progressing into this role from a Supervisor or Project Engineer, or an experienced Project Manager.
