Maintenance Plumber

Job Title: Static Commercial Plumber Location: Hinckley Salary: £38,000 Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role: Are you a skilled Commercial Plumber looking for an exciting and stable role? Join a team and play a crucial part in maintaining and improving plumbing systems within a high-profile static site. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your expertise will ensure smooth and efficient water services. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems, including pipework, drainage, and water supply systems. * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing faults quickly and effectively. * Respond promptly to reactive maintenance and emergency plumbing issues. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. * Upgrade and install new plumbing systems when required, including pumps, valves, and water treatment units. * Maintain accurate records of all plumbing works and repairs. * Work closely with site management and clients to provide top-quality service delivery. What We’re Looking For: * NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent qualification). * Proven experience in commercial plumbing maintenance and repairs. * Strong understanding of water systems, pipework, drainage, and pressurized systems. * Knowledge of health and safety best practices. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues. Bonus Skills (Desirable but Not Essential): * Experience working in a facilities management or commercial environment. * Additional mechanical or HVAC-related qualifications. * Familiarity with BMS systems.
