We are seeking a Maintenance Plumber to join the on-site engineering team supporting Grosvenor Estates across the prestigious squares of Belgravia and Victoria. This is a semi-static role, with all sites within roughly a mile of each other, easily accessible on foot. You’ll work as part of a multi-skilled team covering plumbing and general building services across high-end commercial and residential properties.
This is a well-run, highly regarded contract with an excellent team culture. Multiple engineers have successfully joined since the contract transitioned last year.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
- Fault finding, repairs, and minor installations
- Supporting electrical, mechanical, and fabric teams where required
- Ensuring compliance and maintaining high-quality service standards
- Working across premium estate properties within walking distance of each other
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Plumber with commercial experience
- Strong building services/FM background preferred
- Professional, reliable, and happy working across multiple sites
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
- Team-focused with a proactive approach
