A new opportunity has come to the market working for one of the leading and most recognizable FM companies in the UK working across their Key Account Network division as a Fire Door Installer covering West Yorkshire to North East. In this role you will join as an independent engineer working across the businesses largest and most crucial accounts carrying out a variety of planned and reactive maintenance and supporting in the areas the business needs most.
The business you would be working for is considered one of the largest FM employers across Europe having over 370,000 employees with an annual revenue of over £69b.
Job Responsibilities for a Fire Door Installer:
- Visual inspections on fire doors using a new system implemented by the company
- Completing any remedial works such as replacing doors, replacing door set, lipins, seals, painting, putting up signage.
- Being part of the BM Trada accreditation completing any assigned training and qualifications needed
- Working in part of a new team which will develop and grow over time
- Covering a patch of the country and working across all ISS sites and collaborating with other teams to ensure the SLA are met.
Qualifications/Experience required for a Fire Door Installer:
- NVQ Level 1,2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery
- Previous fire door experience
- BM Trada experience (Ideal)
