Role Overview:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works across mechanical and electrical plant systems
- Keeping site logbooks and documentation fully up to date
- Providing day-to-day support to clients and tenants with a professional, can-do attitude
- Participating in an on-call rota (1 in 2 weeks) – with a £100 standby payment
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong building services background (electrical and/or mechanical bias)
- Excellent knowledge of plant systems such as HVAC, pumps, FCUs, lighting, and BMS controls
- Proven experience in commercial FM environments
- Great communication and client-facing skills
