Role Overview:

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works across mechanical and electrical plant systems
  • Keeping site logbooks and documentation fully up to date
  • Providing day-to-day support to clients and tenants with a professional, can-do attitude
  • Participating in an on-call rota (1 in 2 weeks) – with a £100 standby payment

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong building services background (electrical and/or mechanical bias)
  • Excellent knowledge of plant systems such as HVAC, pumps, FCUs, lighting, and BMS controls
  • Proven experience in commercial FM environments
  • Great communication and client-facing skills
