Maintenance Electrician Secure Banking Environment | Hampshire & Reading Area We are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to support a portfolio of secure, high-profile financial services sites across Hampshire and towards the Reading area. This is a long-term role offering strong stability, excellent earning potential, and genuine progression. The Role of a Maintenance Electrician * Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) * Reactive repairs and fault finding on electrical systems * Working within a critical, security-led environment * Ensuring compliance with all health & safety and statutory regulations * Maintaining high standards of service delivery across multiple sites Salary & Working Hours * £45,000 per annum * Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm * 42.5-hour working week Overtime & On-Call * Overtime rates: * x1.5 Monday to Saturday (lunchtime onwards) * x2 Sundays & Bank Holidays * On-call rota: 1 in 6 * £120 standby payment Benefits Package * Upskilling and career progression opportunities * Company sick pay * Pension scheme * Life insurance – 2x annual salary * Secure, long-term contract within a critical environment About the Company Our client forms part of a highly established UK group with over 100 years of trading history.
