We are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to support a portfolio of secure, high-profile financial services sites across Hampshire and towards the Reading area. This is a long-term role offering strong stability, excellent earning potential, and genuine progression.
The Role of a Maintenance Electrician
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Reactive repairs and fault finding on electrical systems
- Working within a critical, security-led environment
- Ensuring compliance with all health & safety and statutory regulations
- Maintaining high standards of service delivery across multiple sites
Salary & Working Hours
- 45,000 per annum
- Hours : 8:00am – 5:00pm
- 42.5-hour working week
Overtime & On-Call
- Overtime rates:
- x1.5 Monday to Saturday (lunchtime onwards)
- x2 Sundays & Bank Holidays
- On-call rota : 1 in 6
- 120 standby payment
