An established facilities and engineering services provider is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support maintenance and repair on commercial sites. This role offers the opportunity to join a growing team with strong long-term contracts and progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on fire and security systems
- Maintain and service CCTV (IP and analogue) and fire alarm systems
- Ensure all work is completed in line with service level agreements and performance targets
- Respond to service requests and fault calls within agreed timeframes
- Accurately complete job reports and documentation
- Identify recurring issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements
Requirements
Essential:
- Electrical qualification (NVQ or City & Guilds)
- Experience with CCTV systems (IP and/or analogue)
- Experience with fire alarm systems
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Desirable:
- IPAF licence (or willingness to obtain)
