We are recruiting a Shift Mechanical Engineer to join the on-site team supporting a high-profile banking client at 5 Appold Street, close to Liverpool Street. This is a long-term, stable role in a professional corporate environment, suited to a Shift Mechanical Engineer with solid experience in mechanical building services who is comfortable working a 4 on / 4 off day-shift pattern.
What we're looking for:
- Mechanical qualification (NVQ Level 2 or 3, or equivalent)
- Experience in mechanical building services or FM environments
- Good understanding of PPM and reactive maintenance
- Comfortable working in a commercial / corporate setting
- Good fault-finding and communication skills
- Happy working a 4 on / 4 off day-shift pattern
- Commercial FM experience is beneficial but not essential if your mechanical fundamentals are strong
