An established facilities management company is seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer / Air Conditioning Engineer to join its mobile engineering team covering sites across Central London and Greater London. This role focuses on HVAC maintenance, air conditioning service, refrigeration systems, PPM maintenance and reactive fault finding across a varied portfolio of commercial buildings, residential developments and specialist properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on HVAC systems
- Diagnose and repair air conditioning and refrigeration faults
- Respond to reactive breakdowns and system failures
- Maintain commercial HVAC equipment including VRF / VRV systems and chillers
- Identify equipment nearing end of life and recommend replacements
- Provide professional service while working in client-facing environments
