Are you an experienced Foot Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer looking for your next role in commercial building maintenance? We're recruiting for a skilled Foot Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a growing engineering team covering a portfolio of prestigious commercial buildings across Central London. This is a permanent position offering excellent earning potential, ongoing training, and genuine career progression.

The Role

  • Carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial buildings
  • Electrical fault finding, repairs and general building maintenance
  • Maintaining lighting, power, emergency lighting and building services equipment
  • Completing basic mechanical and fabric maintenance where required
  • Conducting routine inspections and ensuring statutory compliance
  • Completing electronic job sheets and maintenance reports
  • Providing excellent customer service while working across a portfolio of client sites

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Foot Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer, Multi-Skilled Engineer or Maintenance Engineer
  • Experience working within commercial building maintenance or facilities management
  • Electrical qualifications (Level 3, 18th Edition or equivalent preferred)
  • Good all-round knowledge of electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using an iPad or PDA to complete job reports
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
