- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive mechanical maintenance
- HVAC systems (heating & cooling)
- AHUs, pumps, motors, valves, pipework
- Supporting BMS operations
- General plant room maintenance
- Working within a critical environment

- Mechanically apprenticeship trained or similar qualifications (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent)
