We're recruiting for two Junior Air Conditioning Engineers to join a growing specialist business working on high-end residential properties across London.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with labouring or construction experience who is looking to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry.
You'll work alongside experienced engineers, receiving hands-on training while installing bespoke air conditioning systems in luxury homes.
Most work will be foot mobile across South West, North West and West London, although there will be opportunities to travel in the company van when required.
The Role
- Assist with the installation of bespoke air conditioning systems.
- Support commissioning and testing of newly installed equipment.
- Learn to install split, multi-split and VRF/VRV systems.
- Work closely with experienced engineers on luxury residential projects.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
- Deliver excellent customer service while working in occupied homes.
What We're Looking For
- Labouring, construction or mechanical experience.
- Keen to develop a career within air conditioning and HVAC.
- Level 2 or Level 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is desirable.
- F-Gas qualification is beneficial but not essential (or currently working towards it).
- Good communication skills and a professional, client-facing approach.
- Reliable, hardworking and eager to learn.
