We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join a small, close-knit in-house team working across some genuinely impressive and unique sites. This is a hands-on role supporting day-to-day operations in high-profile, well-maintained environments — definitely not your average facilities job. You’ll be based mainly at a primary operational site, with occasional work at a secondary landmark venue. You’ll be working directly for the organisation (not a contractor), giving you real ownership, stability, and pride in the work you do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance
  • Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults efficiently
  • Supporting site operations to ensure everything runs safely and smoothly
  • Working collaboratively within a small, experienced maintenance team
  • Ensuring compliance with electrical and safety regulations

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified electrician with relevant electrical certifications
  • Experience in maintenance or facilities environments
  • A proactive, reliable, and team-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a tight-knit team

What’s In It for You

  • Competitive salary of £45,000
  • 25 days holiday & bank holidays
  • Two season tickets
  • Adidas staff discounts
  • Discounted gym membership
  • Company pension scheme
  • Stable, direct employment within a supportive team
  • Access to some very cool, “wow-factor” sites you won’t see anywhere else

If you’re an electrician looking for something a bit different — with great benefits, great environments, and a team that genuinely enjoys working together — we’d love to hear from you. Apply now to find out more.
