Mobile M&E Engineer – £43,000 + Car Allowance Location: Lincolnshire – Mobile, covering RAF Waddington and surrounding sites Salary: Up to £43,000 + Car Allowance Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract Hours: Full-Time We are recruiting for an experienced Mobile M&E Engineer to support the maintenance and technical compliance of a multi-site estate across Lincolnshire. This is a great opportunity for a qualified Electrical Engineer looking to develop their career, gain Authorised Person qualifications and take on additional technical responsibility. Duties * Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites. * Ensure compliance with JSP375 and Safe Systems of Work. * Produce and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS). * Supervise, assess and support engineers and Skilled Persons. * Provide technical guidance to site teams, contractors and stakeholders. * Support maintenance projects, compliance inspections and improvement works. * Identify technical risks and ensure corrective actions are completed. * Assist with operational planning, resource management and on-call duties. Requirements * NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering – essential. * Experience within commercial M&E maintenance or Hard FM environments. * Strong understanding of Safe Systems of Work and technical compliance. * Knowledge of JSP375 highly desirable. * Experience supervising engineers or technical maintenance teams. * Electrical or Mechanical Authorised Person qualifications desirable but not essential. * Full UK driving licence. * Ability to obtain SC Security Clearance. * Willingness to travel between sites and participate in an on-call rota. Package * Salary up to £43,000. * Company car or car allowance. * 12-month fixed-term contract. * 25 days annual leave. * 6% matched pension contribution. * Private medical cover. * Fully funded Authorised Person training. * Additional £1,000 per AP qualification obtained during the contract. * Career development and nationally recognised qualifications.
