An excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing engineering and building services team, managing projects up to £300,000 from initial survey through to completion.

The Role
As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of project delivery, working closely with Supervisors, Engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
Responsibilities include
- Managing projects up to £300k from survey to completion.
- Site set-up and mobilisation.
- Managing direct labour, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Managing client relationships and project delivery.
- Ensuring multi-trade projects are delivered on time and to budget.
- Maintaining accurate project documentation.
- Supporting project close-out and invoicing.
- Surveying and pricing small works.
- Identifying additional project opportunities.
- Travelling across the M62 and M1 corridor, with occasional further travel.
- Working in line with CDM Regulations and health & safety requirements.
About You
We're looking for a Project Manager with experience managing multi-trade projects and confidently dealing with subcontractors, clients and suppliers.
You'll ideally have
- Experience managing projects up to £300k.
- Strong commercial and organisational skills.
- Good understanding of CDM Regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A proactive and positive approach.
- Willingness to travel.
- Ability to achieve SC Security Clearance.
