Finance & Commercial Support Lead Location: Leeds Salary: £33,000 Are you a finance-focused professional with strong commercial and reporting experience? We’re recruiting for a Finance & Commercial Support Lead to support a major facilities management contract. This is a finance-heavy role focused on financial control, contract billing, forecasting and commercial performance, alongside supporting the wider contract support team. The Role * Manage financial and commercial administration through to final account. * Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts and client finance packs. * Monitor aged debt and liaise with clients to resolve outstanding issues. * Oversee billing for maintenance and additional works. * Manage purchase orders, invoices, quotations and annual maintenance orders. * Produce valuations, portfolio reviews and financial performance reports. * Maintain accurate financial records and auditable documentation. * Support contract renewals, commercial planning and escalations. * Provide guidance and training to the contract support team. What We're Looking For * Experience in finance, commercial support or contract finance. * Strong Excel and financial reporting skills. * Experience with billing, forecasting, purchase orders and aged debt. * Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail. * Confident communicating with clients and internal stakeholders. * Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities. * An accounting qualification or interest in developing within finance is beneficial. * SAP experience is useful If you're ready to take ownership of financial reporting and commercial performance, this Finance & Commercial Support Lead opportunity could be ideal.
