We’re recruiting a Lead Contract Support professional for one of the UK’s leading Facilities Management companies. Based at their Warrington office and supporting a national contract, this role is ideal for someone with strong finance experience in an FM environment.

About the Role: This position has a strong focus on financial administration and reporting. You will be responsible for managing the contract’s financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and monthly reporting, while ensuring compliance with company and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial performance of a national FM contract
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and monthly P&L reporting
  • Raise purchase orders and process invoices
  • Track costs and support operational teams with financial data
  • Liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure financial accuracy
  • Support junior staff and help implement financial best practices

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong finance experience within Facilities Management is essential
