We are looking for a Junior Contract Manager to join a leading Facilities Management company, overseeing a commercial portfolio across Bristol and Gloucester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer or supervisor to take the next step in their career, with excellent opportunities for progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of five engineers across multiple commercial sites
  • Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring high service standards
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth contract delivery
  • Conduct site audits, compliance checks, and manage health & safety procedures
  • Assist with scheduling, work allocation, and performance management of engineers
  • Liaise with subcontractors and manage procurement of materials as needed

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or senior engineering role within FM
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Experience managing PPM and reactive maintenance contracts
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
