About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Working Supervisor to lead a brand-new team on an exciting new project in the Milton Keynes area. This is a crucial position, responsible for managing and motivating a team of 4 Industrial Cleaning Operatives, while ensuring high standards of service are delivered across client sites.
You’ll be supervising cleaning operations across car showrooms, retail, warehouses, and universities, as well as being involved in quoting for works, producing reports, and arranging job schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, supervise, and support a team of 4 industrial cleaning operatives.
* Arrange, allocate, and oversee works across client sites in the Milton Keynes patch.
* Carry out site visits, provide full reports, and ensure health & safety compliance.
* Quote for new works and ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
* Work alongside your team where required, setting a strong example.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
* Proven supervisory experience (essential).
* Industrial cleaning background (desirable).
* Full UK driving licence (essential).
* Strong organisational, reporting, and communication skills.
* Flexible approach to working both days and nights.
