We are recruiting an experienced Commercial Plumber to support a large East London NHS estate. This is a mobile role covering a small area with multiple healthcare sites. This position suits a mechanically qualified engineer with strong experience in commercial maintenance and compliance within live environments.
The Role
- Mechanical PPM and reactive maintenance across NHS sites
- Fault finding on plant rooms, water checks, pipework, pumps etc.
- Support statutory compliance and safe systems of work
- Participate in 1 in 6 on-call rota
- Operate within a structured FM contract environment
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 Plumbing/Mechanical
- Commercial building maintenance experience
- Full UK driving licence
Package
- Up to £45,000 basic salary + Overtime on your Terms
