This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and technically proficient individual to manage HVAC installation and service projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, on-site teams, and ensuring all work meets industry standards and client expectations. Key Responsibilities: * Plan, schedule, and deliver HVAC projects from inception to completion * Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams * Prepare project estimates, cost plans, and schedules * Ensure compliance with all health & safety and regulatory requirements * Oversee procurement and delivery of materials and equipment * Conduct site inspections and project review meetings * Maintain all project documentation including contracts, change orders, and reports * Identify risks and implement corrective actions to stay on track * Support and troubleshoot technical issues related to HVAC systems Requirements: * 3–5+ years\’ experience in HVAC project management * Excellent knowledge of HVAC systems and installation standards * Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills * Good understanding of project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites
