Our Client are expanding their highly reputable status within the HVAC industry, needing a new member to add to their team due to increased project demand. They are looking for an experienced HVAC Estimator to join their growing team based in Coventry. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide range of high-profile projects, including leisure centres, local council contracts, popular social sites, and more. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately estimate HVAC projects, ensuring efficient budgeting and cost management.
- Work closely with clients to establish strong relationships and ensure project requirements are met.
- Attend on-site meetings as needed to discuss project details and specifications.
- Use CRM, AutoCAD, EnSign, and Sim Pro to manage and track estimates and project progress.
- Handle a variety of HVAC projects for prominent clients such as leisure facilities, local authorities, and international contracts.
- Collaborate with a team of 6 office staff to deliver timely and high-quality estimates.
Qualifications and Skills:
- HNC in Building Services/Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience in HVAC estimation.
- A solid background in HVAC estimation with relevant industry experience.
- Proficiency in systems such as CRM, AutoCAD, EnSign, and Sim Pro.
- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to manage on-site meetings and project communications.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
