We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC BMS Specialist to join our Facilities Management team. Working across a commercial property portfolio, you will play a key role in supporting and optimising building management systems while assisting a team of HVAC engineers to deliver first-class service and energy efficiency for our clients. This is a hybrid role combining site work and remote system monitoring, offering flexibility and variety in your day-to-day work.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee, maintain, and optimise BMS (Building Management Systems) across multiple commercial sites
*
Provide technical support and guidance to HVAC engineers in the field
*
Conduct system diagnostics, fault-finding, and performance tuning on HVAC and BMS systems
*
Implement energy-saving initiatives and continuous improvement programs
*
Manage remote monitoring of systems and respond to alerts efficiently
*
Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with performance targets
*
Contribute to planned maintenance, project works, and upgrades
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as an HVAC or BMS Engineer/Specialist within a commercial FM environment
*
Strong understanding of HVAC controls, building automation systems, and energy management
*
Experience with major BMS platforms such as Trend, Siemens, Schneider, Tridium, or Delta
*
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
*
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the M4 corridor
