Maintenance Electrician – Commercial Office Site Location: PO9 Salary: £45,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, daytime hours Are you an experienced Maintenance Electrician looking for a stable, Monday–Friday position within a professional commercial environment? We’re currently recruiting for a Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established facilities team, working on a large office site in the PO9 area. The Role You’ll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the site, ensuring all building services and electrical systems are operating safely and efficiently. Typical duties will include: * Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) * Reactive maintenance and fault finding * Electrical testing and inspection * Lighting and emergency lighting * Power distribution and electrical systems * Fire alarm and life-safety systems * General building services maintenance * Responding to electrical faults and breakdowns * Completing maintenance records and paperwork * Working closely with the wider facilities team and client About You We’re looking for an electrically qualified engineer with a strong background in commercial building maintenance.
