We're working for one of our biggest clients on a brand new contract win for them covering a contract for a well known American Pharmaceutical & Biotechnical company as a Engineering Supervisor. We're ideally looking to recruit someone with experience as a Supervisor or Lead Engineer looking to step up. This role is 50/50 on, off the tools so will need somebody from an M&E background.

As the Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of Mechanical & Electrical engineers. Your primary focus will be ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of the facility's systems, providing top-tier support to a crucial healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities for a Engineering Supervisor:
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of the M&E engineering team.
  • Ensure all planned and reactive maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Coordinate with the facility management team to support the overall operation of the healthcare facility.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and report on system performance.
  • Provide leadership, training, and development opportunities to team members.
Experience/Qualifications required for a Engineering Supervisor:
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in M&E hard services, with a proven track record of leading a team of engineers on a commercial site.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
