A leading facilities and engineering services provider is looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer to support a portfolio of commercial sites in the Oxford region. Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on fire and security systems
  • Service and maintain CCTV systems (IP and analogue) and fire alarm systems
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with service level agreements and KPIs
  • Respond to faults and service requests within agreed timeframes
  • Complete all job reports and documentation accurately
  • Identify faults that require replacement or upgrade and recommend solutions
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
