If so, we have the perfect role for you! We are looking for a friendly and hard-working Facilities professional to join the team with one of our excellent international law firm clients! This is a brilliant opportunity to join an established and growing firm who really look after their people. This role will be working Monday to Friday, 9:30-17:30 at their beautiful offices based in Liverpool Street. You will be providing essential support to the Facilities Manager. Competitive salary & benefits offered! Duties include but are not limited to: Perform a variety of administrative tasks relating to the daily operations of the office. Assist with general administrative/facilities/operations tasks which include maintenance, security, repairs, etc. Act as point of contact for internal and external staff. Oversee contractors and visitors on site. Support with the Facilities Helpdesk inbox. Complete new starter inductions and building tours. Liaise with building management regarding health and safety including fire, life safety training, etc. Handle facilities tasks and projects as and when required. You must have at least 1 year of facilities experience in a professional services environment. You will need to be proficient in IT systems including Microsoft Office and facilities systems, as well as have sound proficiency in H&S and risk assessments. Excellent communication skills are required – both written and verbal. The perfect candidate will be someone hard-working, committed, and able to work on their own initiative whilst maintaining efficiency. Personality fit is key!
