We’re hiring a Senior Facilities Coordinator on behalf of the UK’s largest facilities management provider, supporting one of their most prestigious contracts – Rolls-Royce. This role offers hybrid working with flexibility and occasional travel to Derby.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day facilities management operations across multiple sites
  • Manage delivery of both hard and soft FM services to agreed standards
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and service KPIs
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams
  • Oversee maintenance schedules and support with budget management
  • Drive continuous improvement across service delivery and operational processes

  • Previous experience in a facilities coordinator or management role
