We’re hiring a Senior Facilities Coordinator on behalf of the UK’s largest facilities management provider, supporting one of their most prestigious contracts – Rolls-Royce. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team, manage multi-site FM operations, and contribute to the success of a nationally recognised brand. This role offers hybrid working with flexibility and occasional travel to Derby.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day facilities management operations across multiple sites
- Manage delivery of both hard and soft FM services to agreed standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and service KPIs
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Oversee maintenance schedules and support with budget management
- Drive continuous improvement across service delivery and operational processes

- Previous experience in a facilities coordinator or management role
