Covering a commercial sites in Cardiff and surrounding areas, this full-time, permanent role offers excellent benefits and genuine opportunities for career progression. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance across multiple buildings * Perform a range of fabric maintenance tasks including basic carpentry, plastering, painting, tiling, and minor plumbing * Undertake general repair work such as fixing doors, replacing ceiling tiles, and general handyman duties * Ensure all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with health & safety policies * Maintain positive communication with clients and site contacts to deliver a high standard of service * Work closely with other engineers and support staff as part of a mobile maintenance team Requirements: * Previous experience in a similar fabric or building maintenance role within commercial properties * Good all-round skills in carpentry, painting/decorating, plumbing, and general repairs * Ability to work independently and manage daily travel between sites * Excellent communication and customer service skills * A proactive, solution-focused mindset This is a great opportunity for a skilled Fabric Engineer looking for a steady Monday to Friday role with a respected FM company, offering strong support and room to grow.
