Are you a Commercial Gas Engineer looking to join a family-run business where you're genuinely valued and rewarded for the hours you work? With unlimited overtime, door to door pay and NO week day call outs.

We're recruiting for an experienced engineer to join a growing mechanical services contractor with a substantial portfolio of commercial contracts across East Anglia and the South of England. This is an opportunity to earn significantly above your basic salary through consistent overtime, paid travel and a well-established call-out rota.

The Role

  • Commercial boiler servicing, maintenance and fault finding
  • Planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs
  • Working across commercial, healthcare, education and secure sites
  • Covering East Anglia and surrounding regions
  • Company van provided

Package

  • Realistic OTE of £80,000+
  • Paid door-to-door
  • Time and a half after 8 hours
  • Saturday overtime paid at time and a half
  • Sunday overtime paid at double time
  • £75 per day standby payment
  • Minimum 4-hour call-out payment
  • 1 in 6 call-out rota - WEEKENDS ONLY
  • No midweek call-outs

  • Commercial Gas qualifications
  • Commercial boiler service and maintenance experience
  • Strong fault-finding skills
  • Full UK driving licence
