Electrical Testing & Inspection Engineer β Location: Peterborough. Salary: Β£35,000-Β£40,000 per annum (flexible for the right candidate). Hours: 40 hrs/week (08:00-17:00, Monday-Friday) plus reactive out-of-hours if required. Travel: 30 minutes each way. Van & Fuel Card: Provided (personal use included).
We are hiring a skilled Electrical Testing & Inspection Engineer to join our growing team. This is a field-based role focused on delivering high-quality electrical testing, inspection, and minor works across client sites, ensuring safety and compliance at all times.
Responsibilities- Carry out EICRs
- Conduct PAT testing
- Complete minor installations and remedial works
- Support the projects team when required
- Produce accurate certification and reports
- Deliver professional, customer-focused service
- Company van (diesel, Apple CarPlay) & fuel card
- Mobile phone, tablet, test equipment, and power tools
- Uniform (top half provided)
- PPE contribution (Β£40 per bottom-half item)
- 22 days holiday + bank holidays
