Maintenance Electrician to join the on-site engineering team at 99 Kensington High Street. This is a well-run commercial building with a stable workload focused on electrical PPM and remedial works. Responsibilities
- Electrical PPM across building services systems
- Electrical fault finding and remedial works
- Lighting, power, distribution boards, containment and small installs
- Working under permits, RAMS and site procedures
- Completing job sheets and compliance documentation properly
- Liaising with the client and managing subcontractors when required
What we’re looking for
- Recognised electrical qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Proven experience delivering PPM and electrical remedials
- Background in commercial buildings or facilities management
- Professional, client-facing approach
