Job Description Position Title: Commercial Electrician Location: RAF Lakenheath (IP27 9PP), RAF Feltwell, RAF Mildenhall, United Kingdom Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM On-Call: 1 week in 5 (with standby fees and call-out payments) Salary: £32,000 – £40,000 per annum depending on experience Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Electrician to work across RAF Lakenheath, RAF Feltwell, and RAF Mildenhall, supporting the electrical maintenance and minor works projects for commercial properties and single-occupancy dormitories. The role requires a strong background in commercial electrical systems (not domestic), providing a mix of reactive maintenance, new small works, inspections, and testing. This position offers a work van (option for private use) and a fully scheduled workflow managed via PDA. Ideal candidates will be independent, self-motivated, and able to work confidently alone while maintaining excellent customer communication.
