We're working with an established and growing ventilation specialist who are looking to add an Experienced Ventilation Fitter / HVAC Installation Engineer to their team. With a strong pipeline of work secured and further projects in the pipeline, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fitter looking to join a well-established business where you'll be trusted to get on with the job.
The Role
This is a predominantly installation-focused position, working across a wide variety of commercial projects:
- Commercial offices
- Schools and educational facilities
- Student accommodation
- Large commercial developments
- Agricultural and specialist projects
- Other buildings requiring ventilation systems
You'll be responsible for the installation and fitting of ventilation systems, working from drawings and specifications and ensuring installations are completed safely and to a high standard.
About You
We're looking for an experienced Ventilation Fitter with strong practical, hands-on experience. You don't necessarily need a specific formal qualification - experience and the ability to confidently carry out ventilation installations are the key requirements. You should have:
- Proven experience as a Ventilation Fitter / Ductwork Fitter / Mechanical Fitter
- Strong hands-on ventilation installation experience
- The ability to work from drawings and specifications
- A good understanding of site health & safety
- Awareness of risk assessments and safe systems of work
- A reliable and professional approach
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
