Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team working across Coventry and the surrounding areas. This role is suited to an engineer confident in installing, servicing and maintaining domestic and light commercial AC systems.

Important: This Is NOT a Social Housing Contract. This position does not involve council housing, void properties, responsive housing maintenance or high-volume social housing workloads. You will work mainly with private domestic customers and small, high-quality private sector projects.

The Role - Domestic & Private Sector AC Work

  • Air conditioning installations (splits, multi-splits, ducted systems)
  • Servicing and maintenance of AC systems
  • Fault-finding and repair
  • Supporting private domestic customers and small commercial clients
  • Occasional work on high-profile projects
  • Opportunities to upskill in renewables and other heating/cooling technologies

This role focuses on high-quality workmanship and a strong customer experience.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00. Flexible working requests can be discussed.

Requirements

  • F-Gas Category 1 Registered (essential)
  • Strong background in installing split systems, multi-splits or similar
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Able to work independently on domestic and light commercial jobs
  • NVQ Level 2 or recognised refrigeration/AC apprenticeship (preferred)
  • DBS check required (disclosures reviewed on a case-by-case basis)

Experience Required

  • Air conditioning installation: 5 years (required)
