Commercial Plumber – Healthcare Contract Covering Cambridge & East Anglia Up to £38-40k salary + Company Vehicle + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Overtime (x1.5) Full Time | Permanent We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Plumber to join our team, supporting a long-term healthcare estates contract across Cambridge and East Anglia. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a stable and essential environment, delivering high-quality plumbing services within critical healthcare facilities. You’ll be working on behalf of a leading facilities management company, with a strong presence across the UK and globally, known for delivering essential services across healthcare, defence, education, and more. The Role: * Undertake planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across healthcare sites * Diagnose and repair faults on commercial plumbing systems * Carry out installation and replacement of pipework, sanitary ware, and other plumbing fixtures * Work closely with estates teams and adhere to all health & safety and compliance standards * Ensure accurate record-keeping of works completed * Provide a customer-focused and professional service at all times Requirements: * NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent) * Previous experience in a commercial or healthcare environment preferred * Understanding of water hygiene (L8) compliance * Full UK driving licence * Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively * Good communication and problem-solving skills What’s in it for you: * Competitive salary * 25 days annual leave + bank holidays * Overtime paid at 1.5x * Company van & fuel card * Uniform, tools & PPE provided * Ongoing training and development * Job security working on a high-profile healthcare contract
