Are you a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable, site-based role with a clear route for progression? Our client is recruiting for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a large pharmaceutical site in Chippenham. This is a long-term, well-established contract with one of the world’s leading Facilities Management companies, offering stability and genuine career progression.
You will be working as part of a team of engineers carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across the site, with the opportunity to progress into a Supervisor role in 2026.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
- Respond to reactive maintenance tasks
- Work on electrical and mechanical building services systems
- Support the wider engineering team on site
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with site procedures
- Salary up to £40,000
- Overtime available (1.5x / 2x rates)
- 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
- Training and further qualifications
- Clear progression to Supervisor
- On-site parking
- Subsidised tea & coffee on site
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar maintenance role
- Multiskilled background (electrical or mechanical bias)
- Experience with PPM and reactive maintenance
- Ability to work well as part of a team
