We are recruiting on behalf of our Facilities Management client for a commercially driven Business Development Executive to support continued growth across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Development Executive - Facilities Management professional to join a forward-thinking organisation delivering both hard and soft FM services.

The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the expansion of FM service lines. Based from Warrington with regional and national travel, this role is key to driving revenue and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a business development strategy to achieve growth targets within Facilities Management
  • Identify, pursue, and win new business across hard and soft FM services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored Facilities Management solutions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support business growth

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or within a similar FM sales role
