A leading facilities and engineering services provider is looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer to support a portfolio of commercial sites in the Oxford region. Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on fire and security systems
- Service and maintain CCTV systems (IP and analogue) and fire alarm systems
- Ensure all work is completed in line with service level agreements and KPIs
- Respond to faults and service requests within agreed timeframes
- Complete all job reports and documentation accurately
- Identify faults that require replacement or upgrade and recommend solutions
- Maintain compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements
Requirements
Essential:
- Electrical qualification (NVQ or City & Guilds)
- Experience with CCTV systems (IP and/or analogue)
- Experience with fire alarm systems
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Desirable:
- IPAF licence (or willingness to obtain)
