Contract Support NW3 | London Salary: Up to £35,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Holiday: 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays We are seeking an experienced Contract Support professional to join a busy healthcare site in NW3. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong financial and administrative experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced facilities management environment. Key Responsibilities: * Managing purchase orders, invoicing, and financial reporting * Supporting contract managers with day-to-day administration * Monitoring budgets and ensuring financial processes are followed * Raising and tracking quotations and work orders * Producing reports and maintaining accurate contract records * Liaising with engineers, subcontractors, and clients * Supporting compliance and documentation requirements Requirements: * Previous experience in a Contract Support, Helpdesk, or FM Administration role * Strong financial administration experience * Experience with purchase orders, invoicing, and reporting * Excellent organisational and communication skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office packages This role offers the opportunity to work within a stable healthcare environment, supporting a well-established facilities management team with excellent benefits and long-term career prospects.
